In addition to our 30 day returns policy all items purchased from 1st October 2023 may be returned for either an exchange or full refund up until January 12th 2024. Standard terms apply.

 

30 Day Money Back Guarantee 

 

We like to keep our returns process hassle-free. Therefore, we offer an easy to use 30 day money back guarantee on all orders (Ts & Cs apply). This means that refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date on your receipt. If you would prefer to exchange your piece of jewellery you will not receive a refund unless the item is faulty. 

There are a few exceptions where our return policy is reduced to 14 days. This includes items in our fantastic sale, products from our pre-owned section or orders with an offer or promotional codes. 

 

The Details

 

  • All items that are returned must be in brand new condition to receive a full refund, exchange or account credit. 
  • To return an order you can send it to us using the address provided below or bring the item into store. 
  • Always include the original receipt with the item. 
  • Make sure it is packaged as you received it, not forgetting any free gifts or accessories that were included. These also should be unused and in their original condition.  
  • Simply fill out the form below to return an item to us by post or in person. 
  • Please note that this refund policy only applies to orders made online. To refund an item bought in our boutique, please contact them directly. 
  • Any items that have been personalised, engraved, adjusted or resized cannot be returned and are not covered by our policy. 
  • Also items that have been damaged by accident, neglect or misuse can not be replaced or refunded by us. 
  • Our goal is to process all of our returns the same working day however, in busier periods it may take up to 7 - 10 days. 

 

Things to Remember

 

  • The 30 day return period starts from the day that you receive your order. Please note that if free gifts are arriving with you on a different date this does not delay the return period from starting. 
  • Products that have been worn cannot be refunded, please seen our terms and conditions for more information. 
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund earrings or cleaning products. 
  • Please get in touch with our sales team if you have any questions about our refund policy or read our terms and conditions.
