We Offer Free UK Delivery

 

We understand that life is busy so we like to ensure that buying from us is quick and easy to do. We don’t like to over complicate things and therefore, strive to make our delivery service effective and efficient! 

 

  • We offer free next day delivery on all our in stock products priced £125 or over.  
  • Our UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, which are tracked and insured using their next day delivery service. 
  • Just make sure you place your order before 4pm on Monday - Friday or 11:30am on Saturday for your order to arrive before 1pm the following day. 
  • For those who prefer a precise delivery slot you can choose to upgrade in the checkout. 
  • Be aware that a signature may be required for your parcel. 
  • You can choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 9am service, which costs an extra £36. 
  • We must inform you that whilst the majority of our parcels arrive with our customers the next day, some may not due to unforeseen circumstances with our postal services. They do try their best to deliver the next day but may not always be the case. Therefore, if you require a specific date it may be worthwhile to upgrade to your preferred option in the checkout.

  

We Deliver All Around the World

 

We haven’t forgotten our customers from across the globe! We strive to deliver all over the world as fast as possible. 

 

  • Order with confidence with tracked, insured and signed for international delivery.
  • The postage cost will be calculated at the checkout with prices varying depending on your location and postcode/zip code.
  • We use the Royal Mail Airsure service for orders priced below £200, which will take 3-5 days to get to you. 
  • Orders above £200 are sent with TNT, which offers a slightly earlier lead time of 2-3 days. 
  • Every order sent outside of the UK (except those agreed), will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that importation taxes and duties are for the customer to pay and will need to be paid for their order to be released from the courier. 

 

Collect From Our Stores

 

For those local to our stores dotted around the North of England, you can pick up from directly from the boutique of your choice. 

 

  • All click and collect orders that are made before 4pm on Monday - Friday will be typically delivered the next working day.  
  • Expect to be contacted via email, text or a phone call notifying when your order is ready to collect. 
  • Remember to bring a copy of your order on paper or phone, photo identification (drivers license or passport) and proof of your address. 
  • Do not try to collect outside of the store opening times. Each boutique varies slightly with some closing on a Sunday. Check out our store page to find out when you can pop by. 
  • Your jewellery will be beautifully wrapped and ready to collect 24 hours from the time you purchased the order. 
  • If sizing or adjustments need to be made as part of your order, they will likely take a little longer. We will keep in touch via phone or email so that you know exactly when to visit the store. 

 

Bank Holiday and Christmas Deliveries

 

  • As to be expected there is a limited postal service available during bank holidays and the festivities.
  • If you are searching for the perfect gift always consider that deliveries will take longer than usual so we advise to leave enough time for your order to get to you.
  • Our team works very hard to ensure all orders are sent out as quickly as possible during these periods but please order in advance to avoid disappointment. 

 

Apply For Interest Free Finance

 

  • For those using our fantastic interest free finance options orders will only be dispatched once your application is confirmed by our finance company. 
  • These orders can only be sent to your billing address and therefore, you cannot state a different delivery address. 
  • The finance agreement is activated once your order has been dispatched or collected.
